About Me
I am a HCPC and CORU registered Specialist Dietitian with over 10 years’ NHS experience, including more than 5 years specialising in food allergy across adult and paediatric services. I currently work as a Senior Specialist Allergy Dietitian at St Bartholomew’s Hospital and Homerton University Hospital in London, supporting patients with food allergy and food intolerance.I hold an MSc in Nutrition & Dietetics from King’s College London and a First Class BSc in Nutritional Sciences from University College Cork.

Food Allergy
Supporting the dietary management of IgE and non-IgE-mediated food allergies, including navigating food avoidance while maintaining nutritional adequacy and a balanced diet.
Food Intolerance and IBS
Dietary support for food intolerance and IBS, including identifying potential dietary triggers and using evidence-based approaches such as the low-FODMAP diet where appropriate.
Elimination Diets and Food Reintroduction
Support with structured elimination diets and safe, gradual food reintroduction to help broaden the diet and minimise unnecessary restriction.

Do I need a referral?
No. You are welcome to self-refer.
Patients may also be referred by their GP, consultant or other healthcare professional.Are appointments virtual?
Yes appointments are primarily offered online. Face-to-face consultations in London may be available by arrangement.Do you see patients in Ireland?
Yes. As a CORU registered Dietitian I provide virtual consultations for patients throughout Ireland.Do you see children or adolescents?
I primarily see adults, but I have previous NHS experience in paediatric food allergy and can see children and adolescents on an individual basis. Please get in touch to discuss whether a consultation would be appropriate.
